RETURN & REFUND POLICY
You can contact us via our website within 30 days of purchase to return an item, you must ensure items are kept in an as new condition.
We will repair or replace manufacturing faults free of charge up to 12 months from the original date of purchase for silver jewellery and 48 months from the original date of purchase for gold jewellery.
Please note that pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.
